Yeah it's not the greatest idea to go overboard, it can cause some internal systems to crash sometimes. But i would say 4-5 hours a day and don't practice in a house ( plenty of breakable things, then mom or dad nags and nags on... been there) But 1-2 hours everyday can improve you a lot and remember you can practice the wrong thing 100 times a day and not get better, and you practice the right thing once a day and get better. So always make sure your practicing right, and don't go overboard!!! Make sure everything fits your schedule ...

I would say 1 hour, because if you practice

for like 3 or more hours your muscles are

gonna get really sore, and your not gonna

wanna play for a few days. Trust me thats

happened before. So 1 hour or 30 minutes

will be fine. If you choose to go 30 minutes

and you feel you can do more go for it. It

dependes on when you get tired. I usually

get tired around 30 minutes but thats because

i am NOT fit!! At all!!!!!!!!

So it dependes on how much time you can do!(:

Hope I Helped(:

Well you don't want to go overboard, but make a schedule that lets you cover all of the things you need to get done and practice. Practicing with freinds is the best practice since it is live when you play a game.

Yep, 3-4 hours a day sounds good. And don't forget regular training. Upper and lower body strength and endurance running.

I would say at least 3-4 hours a day, minimum.

That way you can get a lot in each day.

But other than that you can practice as long as you want each day. Just remember to keep yourself hydrated with water and sport drinks every 20-30 minutes and make sure you eat properly annd take in enough breaks.

Haha they're telling you not to overdue yourself yet you said your practicing your jump serve so im pretty sure you are experianced. But overall work on what you feel is the most important. Just remember you can work hard Mon&Tues, and take a break on Wed. Work half a day Thurs, Then work Fri&Sat, take Sunday off and do it again.
