Hey :) so, it has been 2 weeks in the season. And I do not really like it. Volleyball is such a fun sport but I have no friends on the team. It really bothers me, its not like im a bad player or anything. Nobody on the team even wants to talk to me because they are all assholes with bad sportsmanship. Our coach tells us to partner up with someone to do setting or passing drills, everyone has a partner but me :(. It honestly sucks and I dont want to quit such a fun sport because I have no friends which makes it not fun, I never have anyone to talk to. Absolutely no one.

Dont quit. Volleyball is a team sport, when the teams connected and has chemistry you guys start to win, You have to play together to win, in practice you have to practice together to be successful so I dont think you should quit. If you enjoy playing volleyball like I know i do, you should keep pushing, sports are the best way to make friends, trust me. I made so many new friends through volleyball both with the girls team and the co-ed, we became family, which made us play together and always keep each others spirits up which made us city champions 5 years in a row. Show them your skills and that they need you on the team, dont let them bring you down because there a bunch of dbags. So dont give up, you can do it, I have faith in you!

Finish strong but it's up to you. They may even start dropping out and recruiting better and more positive like able players. If they don't already realize that acting up and and not having a friendship or like a sister hood on the team makes the team look bad and causes the team to play horrible. Hopefully they get it together. For now though just hang in there and prove to your coach that you have the skills to be the best.

I would suggest finishing the season. You never know, you may get to know some of the girls and end up liking them so give it time. Try to have a positive attitude and give your teammates the benefit of the doubt. Push through it, especially if you love the sport because you can always be on a different team next season with people you actually like. :)

I would keep going!! You'll get better this year and make a new team next year and will hopefully meet new girls that are nicer!! And who knows, maybe you'll make friends with these girls because it does make the team look bad if you don't play well together! With friendship! I hope and know you will make it through this as long as you give up!☺️😊

For me were having the same situation but what I did, yeah I did less talk when I am in the game but I did my best to show them that I am worth to be on the first 6 and indeed I did it, in fact I am the best blocker and intimidating as well when I am in front. If I were you, you should go for it cause if you show your capacity on the game and they prove it that you are reliable then they can trust you and they are the one who make some moves to talk with you. Just do your best and believe yourself.
