Go to page 108. Those are the referee ruling hand signals; however, coach and setter hand signals determining the serve or attack can vary.

I only really consider two things trolling. 1- Saying something inflammatory, not to make a point, but just to get a reaction. 2- Pretending to be the other side to make them look bad. Most of what goes on here is 2. Let's face it, I say inflammatory things all the time. But I am making a point.
